Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers can return their order within 9 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s). Items must be in their original condition, product must be unused and the price tags are intact. We offer the option of returning your items using reverse pick up facility service. The cost of the return request is actual reverse pickup charge by shipping partner, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.If you have received a defective product, send us images or video recording of opening the sealed parcel at support@halfmoonofficial.com  within 48 hours and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer support Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as halfmoon wallet as per your convenience.
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on support@halfmoonofficial.com
  •  In case of cash on delivery, the refund will reflect in the User’s bank account and/or the User’s HALFMOON Wallet within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which HALFMOON initiates the refund. All refunds, except for refund to HALFMOOM Wallet, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank. In case of payment made through prepaid mode through any channel, the refund will be made to the original mode of payment. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Customers can apply for exchange their order within 9 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes Items must be in their original condition, product must be unused and the price tags are intact. Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website. We offer the option of returning your items using reverse pick up facility service.The cost of the return request is actual reverse pickup charge by shipping partner, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following requirements:
    * If the product you received is damaged.
    * If the fabric of the product is stained or has stitching/embroidery inconsistencies.
    * If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size

Your order is eligible for exchange one time only (multiple exchanges will not be allowed). Please share a photograph of the damaged product at support@halfmoonofficial.com within 48 hours of receiving the product). Our customer care team shall get back to you within 48 hours. The exchange process takes 4-7 days. If your order is eligible for exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email. Kindly remember that we are not responsible for delays in pick-ups from the shipping company’s end.

REFUND POLICY:

All refund will be processed after approval from customer support team to its original payment method or halfmoon wallet. Customer can opt for halfmoon wallet for faster and easier refund.
